Manhole cover, square, ductile iron

agara600×600–150px Purpose: for covering sewer manholes or similar structures

Use: In particular, AGARA manhole covers are intended for covering sewer manholes or similar structures located in traffic areas. Load Class B 125 – sidewalks, pedestrian zones and passenger car parking areas. The cover is secured in its frame by its own weight (600×600), bolts (500×500, 400×400). Locking is carried out using standard tools.

Material: The cover and frame are made of GGG40 ductile iron according to the design and material requirements of ČSN-EN 124; they are subject to regular certifications in a testing laboratory. Covers are supplied with anti-corrosion coatings.

Cover installation: The cover frame is bedded into a mortar bed at the sewer manhole top section or to its transition piece or to sufficiently compacted ground. The minimum height of the mortar bed under the seated frame is 5 mm. Modify the mortar bed in a manner enabling the placement of the frame at the adjacent road level. Once the frame is positioned in its place, secure it against any side movements with mortar. After the mortar is sufficiently hardened, install the manhole cover and make the final treatment. The road surface can be put into service after the mortar is completely hard, as stipulated by the recommendation of the mortar mixture manufacturer.

On 1.6.2009, a merger of HECKL s.r.o. ID No. 62956833, Renko-Rumburk spol. s r.o. ID No. 25007122 and Bard Moravia, s.r.o. ID No. 60794089 took place. The successor company of Renko-Rumburk and Bard Moravia is HECKL s.r.o. As of this date HECKL s.r.o. assumes all receivables, liabilities, contractual rights and obligations of Renko-Rumburk and Bard Moravia. All centres and contacts remain in existence.
